In quick response to the devastating earthquake in Haiti we have set up a direct account to aid in the procurement of food and water for the children of La Gonave Haiti. Sonja (Pastor Bill Scheer's mother) and Jerry Dickherber are in La Gonave Haiti right now with a medical team. This is a great opportunity for us to pray and give.

We learned the sea can be a cruel mistress as we hit high seas late last night. It felt like a scene from Deadliest Catch as waves crashed over the boat. The captain took the Island Expess to shallower waters where we found relief. It has been a very smooth trip since reaching Nasau. [read more]
