Who is the Internship for?
The Internship is for anyone who is looking to lead; no matter what stage of life you are in. Whether you are straight out of high school, a business professional, or married with a family, the Internship will fast track you to fulfill the call of God on your life. It will develop you in every area—professionally, spiritually, and personally. It gives you specialized, hands on ministry training day in and day out; enhances your spiritual growth through daily devotionals, classes, and in-depth topical studies; and as an individual by emphasizing: problem-solving, communication, and team building.
What can I expect for the year?
Expect to be pushed beyond what you thought you were capable of and see yourself overcome in the areas of your life that have seemingly held you back. The Internship is more than a training program- it is an experience. It will become a milestone in your life that you will never forget, and through it you will form the most significant and cherished relationships that you could have in life. Expect to do the impossible with an exceptional team.
Can I work while in the program?
You are permitted to have outside employment with the understanding that your participation in the program and church wide events is priority.
What is the time commitment?
The Internship is a 12-month long program that begins and ends in July of each year. Full time interns are expected to be in the office during office hours as well as every during every event and service time. Part time interns work Monday - Thursday 8:30am-12pm. Holiday time off will be determined in advance and communicated at the start of each internship year.
How much is it? What does that cover?
Tuition for full-time interns is $6,780 per year per student. The tuition covers housing, transportation throughout the work week, meals, fitness, classes, books, materials, access to all special events, as well as program retreats and activities.
Tuition for part-time interns is $3,900 per year per student. The tuition covers meals, fitness, classes, books, materials, access to all special events, as well as program retreats and activities.

Financial Preparedness
Financial preparedness is a key factor in determining whether this is the right time for you to be a Guts Church intern. We want you to be free from excessive financial debt during your time as an intern. Acceptance into the program is contingent upon your ability to faithfully handle your financial obligations as a Guts Church Intern.
