Guts Internship
MISSION:
To develop the character, knowledge and skills necessary to influence* change in the world with the power of God, through the local church.
*Warning: We are not just talking about “be-a-good-influence-on-your-little-sister” here. Think about it more like the destiny-shaping, revolutionize-the-world kind of influence.
Comfort is not an option for a GUTSIntern. The twelve months of the GUTSInternship is guaranteed to challenge and stretch each intern in every facet of life. From intense physical workouts to dynamic ministry training, the GUTSInternship puts a demand on the gift and calling inside each person. This demand gives the intern no choice but to rely fully on their relationship with God and the power of His Word.
GUTSInterns will be trained by world-class leaders in both ministry and the marketplace who will play a significant role in their growth and development. Day-to-day ministry opportunities will put them in lock-step with committed volunteers who have given their lives to the local church. Interns will be surrounded by strong leaders who will continue to challenge them beyond the usual mark.
